Learn to cleanse and nourish each of your sense organs to enhance your experience of life. See how much more grounded, calm and nurtured you feel!
Scheduled over 7 days, gradually introducing some simple practices which naturally and conveniently fit into your existing routines. Just a few minutes each morning and evening can have a really positive impact on your wellbeing.
Colette will also be doing the daily practices and will be available to support you every step of the way.
There will be a temporary private Facebook community open to all participants for the duration of the programme (for mutual support and encouragement).
When you sign up:
- Colette will send you a quick questionnaire to help tailor the programme to your individual needs.
- You will receive a pdf document detailing the various practices, which Colette will introduce step by step during the programme.
- You will need approximately 500ml of massage oil. Colette can recommend which oil to buy to suit your body type (and where to buy it) - though you can also use whatever you already have.
- You will receive a list of a few lifestyle products that will be useful for the practices, along with suggestions where you can purchase them. These are all optional and can be purchased according to your budget.
- You will also be sent an Ayurvedic tongue-scraper to help you detoxify. *
